Atom’s current hotel portfolio revalued 9% in the last year

Atom Hoteles SOCIMI, S.A., a vehicle specialised in hotel investment in Spain, closed the 2025 financial year with a total valuation of its asset portfolio of €885,871,000, compared to €858,233,000 as at 31 December 2024[1].

This current portfolio valuation, together with the disposals completed in 2025 and the remaining asset divestments carried out to date, amounting to €245,359,459, would place the total valuation of the historical portfolio at €1.131 billion.

The company has reached this figure with a portfolio comprising 23 four- and five-star hotels, totalling 5,572 rooms, consolidating its position as one of the most relevant listed hotel investment vehicles in the Spanish market.

The increase in value recorded this year is particularly noteworthy given that, during the 2025 financial year, the company divested the Exe Rey Don Jaime hotel for €50 million and the B&B Hotel Vitoria General Álava for €9.2 million, respectively. Excluding these transactions, the evolution of the portfolio evidences a significant organic revaluation of the assets, as on a like-for-like basis the valuation as at 31 December 2024 would stand at €813,623,000, representing an increase in value of more than €72 million over twelve months.

Over the life of the vehicle, since its incorporation in 2018, it has held up to 32 hotels, mainly four- and five-star properties, with 7,070 rooms.

This performance reflects not only the sustained dynamism of the tourism sector in Spain’s main destinations, but also the solid operating performance of the hotels and the active and efficient portfolio management carried out by GMA as asset manager of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI. This management approach has shaped a diversified, resilient portfolio focused on sustainable growth, maximising asset value and aimed at generating recurring value for shareholders.

The company continues to pursue its strategy of selective asset rotation, combining targeted divestments with the consolidation of a high-quality portfolio operated by leading hotel chains and located in strategic urban and leisure destinations.
