Atom Hoteles has secured €8.5 million in financing from Cajamar for Hotel Senator Cádiz. This transaction marks the second bilateral financing agreement between the two institutions this year, following the financing completed in March for Hotel Alegría Costa Ballena, also located in the province of Cádiz.

The four-star hotel, located in the heart of Cádiz’s historic centre, features 91 guestrooms and occupies a restored historic mansion on Rubio y Díaz Street, just a short walk from the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre and the Conference Centre. The property offers a spa, a rooftop swimming pool overlooking the old town, a fitness centre, parking facilities and three meeting rooms.

Over the past year, the hotel has undergone further improvements, most notably the refurbishment of guestrooms on its upper floors. These enhancements have further elevated the property’s standards of quality and comfort, enriching the overall guest experience.

The financing has been structured as a loan bearing an interest rate of 3.95% for the first year, followed by 12-month Euribor plus 90 basis points for the remaining term. These competitive financing terms provide the property owner with greater financial flexibility, reduce annual debt service obligations and extend the debt maturity beyond 2040.

With this transaction, Atom Hoteles SOCIMI and Cajamar complete their second bilateral financing agreement of 2026, underscoring the strength of a relationship built on mutual trust and a shared commitment to long-term collaboration.
