Likewise, GMA rejects (i) any conduct contrary to compliance with applicable regulations; (ii) that involves a violation or impairment of the rights and freedoms of individuals; (iii) the violation of free competition and of course (iv) has adequate systems of confidentiality in all its actions.
In this sense, our principles are:

- Ensure that internal policies and the actions of its executives, managers, and all other staff are based on ethical criteria aligned with the company’s principles and values.
- Act forcefully and unequivocally against any form of discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, race, age, nationality, disability, ideology, religion or creed, among others.
- Ensure the establishment of appropriate mechanisms for the monitoring and control of GMA’s principles, values and commitments, guaranteeing at all times the reproval of irregular conduct or conduct contrary to the Code of Ethics.
- Act with rigor and forcefulness against any practice of corruption, fraud or bribery.
- Provide everyone with the appropriate channels for the treatment of any complaint or denunciation, always guaranteeing confidentiality and privacy, in accordance with the legislation in force.
- Regularly identify and assess risks affecting not only its business, but also its stakeholders and/or companies managed by GMA on an exclusive basis, managing them with due diligence.
- Protect personal information that may be handled in the course of their work, ensuring its integrity, availability, security and confidentiality.
