With an increase in gross operating profit of +50%, an increase in the average rate of over +15% and an improvement in the operating margin of +30%, the hotel has consolidated its position as a leader in one of the fastest growing destinations in Spain: the Costa de la Luz.
After an ambitious refurbishment in 2021-2022, the Meliá Zahara has successfully repositioned its offer, raising its value in the market and developing an exclusive product for the destination. The hotel has 63 The Level rooms, 50 superior rooms, 21 garden villas and 4 villas with private pool facing the sea, all of them included in the prestigious The Level service, an experience that guarantees privacy, luxury and personalised service in a unique setting.
The resort also stands out for its Beach Club, where you can enjoy some of the best sunsets in the region, as well as for its spaces designed for relaxation and wellbeing, such as the spa and its numerous swimming pools, surrounded by tropical gardens that transport guests to an authentic Mediterranean paradise.
During the hotel’s closure, Meliá Hotels International’s management team and GMA Corporate, as asset manager, have been working on further improvements for the 2025 season. Among these enhancements, a new Health & Wellness operator will elevate the wellness experience with superior quality services, redefining the standard in the sector.
The hotel projects sustained growth by 2025, driven by the development of demand and improved air connectivity.
